In a bowl whisk together:
2 eggs
1 drop vanilla essence
1 tablespoon golden syrup
gradually add (in the following order)
1/2 cup castor sugar
1/2 cup self raising flour
milk (enough to make mix "creamy")
1/2 cup self raising flour
Stand mixutre for 10 minutes before cooking
